His career includes experience at Ecco Italia and the Caribe Hilton, complemented by formal culinary studies that strengthened his skills and professional foundation.
Today, as Executive Chef and founder of The Factory Gourmet, Chef Martin brings years of experience, creativity, and attention to detail to every private dining and catering experience.

Daniel Hernandez is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and Executive Chef with over two decades of culinary experience. His career spans fine dining, banquets, and high-volume operations, including experience alongside renowned chefs at a luxury resort. While skilled in diverse cuisines, his true passion is Mexican gastronomy, blending traditional flavors and techniques with his own creative touch.
Chef Abel Lara — Sous Chef
Chef Abel Lara brings over 10 years of culinary experience, including experience at Hula’s Modern Tiki and Otro Café. He specializes in Asian cuisine, grilling, and flat-top cooking, combining strong technique with bold flavors and consistent execution.
Today, Abel works as a Sous Chef for an international company, bringing his experience, versatility, and passion for cooking to every culinary project.
